Skoolgrades for Claude

A third-party connector for Skool community owners

What it does

Skoolgrades helps Skool community owners see what is happening in their community and act on it. The connector brings that into Claude: ask about your members in plain words, and act from interactive cards right in the chat.

  • Find members by group (new, rising, fading, at risk), by what they talked about, or by how likely they are to buy
  • DM a group with one message, paced safely through your Live Queue
  • Write and schedule posts with polls, GIFs, video links and @mentions
  • Ready-made welcome, leaderboard and level-up posts
  • Your new-member welcome DM series, with an Easy Starter template
  • Content Gems: what your members want you to post about next
  • Related communities and where your members' attention goes (group-level, no names)

Skoolgrades is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Skool.

What you need

  • A Skoolgrades account with your Skool community connected (sign up free)
  • Skoolgrades Pro. If you haven't tried Pro yet, your first use from Claude starts a free 14-day trial
  • Claude on a plan that supports connectors

Connect it

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Find Skoolgrades in the directory and click Connect. If it isn't listed for you yet, choose Add custom connector and paste https://www.skoolgrades.com/api/mcp.
  3. Sign in to Skoolgrades and click Approve.
  4. In a new chat, type “Show me the Skoolgrades menu”.

To disconnect, remove Skoolgrades from Claude's Connectors settings. Access tokens also expire on their own after 90 days.

You stay in control

Nothing is sent or scheduled until you click the button on the Skoolgrades card and confirm. DMs go out one by one through your Live Queue, within Skool's limits, and anyone who already got a DM from you in the last 48 hours is left out. Claude never receives members' email addresses or Skool IDs; if you need emails, the members card has an Export emails (CSV) button that downloads straight to your computer.
