What happens to my scheduled posts and DMs if I'm on Flow?
They still go out. Nothing you've scheduled or booked is deleted. Smart DMs pause, and you can switch them back on when you upgrade.
What if I upgrade during my trial?
You're charged straight away and Pro carries on without a break. Any trial days you haven't used are not added on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Flow.
Monthly or annual?
Both are available. Annual costs less over the year. Use the switch on the price card to compare.
What stays free on Flow?
The Radar feed, Report Card, Watchlist, Chat Lists, New Member Welcome and Churn Retention DMs, 3 scheduled posts at a time and 2 custom Auto DMs.
